Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of WWW.SSMITHARTISTRY.COM.AU (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by SHAHNA SMITH. This Site contains makeup artistry and spray tan services.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
Payment Disclaimer:
1. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments for services can be made in cash, EFTPOS, bank transfer and Online payment for the outstanding balance at the time of your appointment.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $60.00 is required to secure your booking.
3. No Show/Cancellation Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the remaining amount of the service being charged to the provided card. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the same charge.
4. Health Conditions: If you arrive at your appointment with any contagious infections such as cold sores, conjunctivitis, head lice, etc., Shahna Smith reserves the right to refuse service. In such cases, the full remaining balance will still be charged.
5. Late Arrival Policy: Arriving 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in its cancellation, and the total appointment fee will be charged. Please note that our artists’ schedules are tightly managed, and punctuality is appreciated.
Additionally, for freelance services rendered, if payment is not received within 24 hours of the service completion, a surcharge of $20 per day will be applied.
